Design Notes

1. TlpA promotor was added to ensure the csg genome can be expressed in gut environment 2. Double terminator was applied to improve the expression efficiency 3. For Detaction of surface display, VHH is marked with two protein tags at both sides: E-tag on the N terminal and 3xFlag tag on the C terminal
